Harvest is one of the Child Development Center which builds since June 2003 by Ms. Puja Baharani and Ms. Coni. This school located in Jln. Cempaka Putih Barat XXVI Number.4 Jakarta-Pusat.
Now Harvest has more than 70 students and also has a many classifications for their class, such as: Toddler, Play Group, Nursery, and Kindergarten One (K-1), and Kindergarten Two (K-2). There are 15 students and also two professional teachers in every class. Harvest has 12 dedicate teachers and 2 additional teachers for Montessori and art.
Montessori is one of the learning methods for the children by doing something. So they have to practice something which just told by their teacher.

Visions:
 Character building, is one of the method to build character from the children to grow up better.
 Train the children to be easy to adaptable with their environment
 Train the motoric function to be optimal and maximal.
Mission:
 Try to make a comfortable environmental, so the children can feel that their school is feel like home, and teacher always try to be their friends.
 Build the children motoric system with the Montessori Method, and also join them with a few event and competition to build their talent.
 Teach the children to be good and know how to behave in the social community and they also can grow up to a better and a responsible person.

Harvest Child Development Center own multiple systems, that that cover before the class starts, singing together that can make children associate with others, the teachers make study themes different on a worksheet every month , on the meal system timeeating together at the meal time the children will be taught about eating etique. The other system is the children have to speak in english, and they will get a punishment if they speak in indonesian for five times.

Harvest Child Development has multiple organisations will be described as follows:
1. Director
Director job descriptions:

  • Monitor and controll HRD, Administration, and Principal

2. HRD
Human Resorces Department job descriptions:

  • Accept and sack staff
  • Give training to the employees
  • Proportionate employee’s salary
  • Fondation board secretary
  • Relationship with the government

3. Principal
Principal job descriptions :

  • Arrange and define in use curriculun
  • Coordinate and encourage teacher’s motivation
  • Evaluate all teachers by their activities everyday
  • Responsible on director

4. Administration
Administration job descriptions:

  • Administration has the same function like a public relations
  • Make relationship with parents
  • Coordinate with the principal
  • Responsible on new student registration
  • Make financial report
